Choices 360 - Parent Opt-In Link
Choices 360 is an abstinence based seminar that educates and empowers students to make informed choices in order to protect their brains, their bodies and their future. The program is a two part session. Part 1 is non medical content, and Part 2 is medical content presented by a trained medical professional. The Choices 360 program is designed specifically for Middle School Students and presents age appropriate content. I value your family decision to participate in this program. Our student health and wellness committee spent considerable time researching and selecting a program that we feel fits our community and student needs.
